Our Two Operational Units

In January 2004, Victhom created 2 perational units working together to develop innovative products combining different technologies.

• BioTronix develops products for the orthotics and prosthetics market to compensate for biomechanical dysfunctions of the human body.
• NeuroBionix is dedicated to the development bionic devices, such as sensors, artificial intelligence modules and dedicated stimulators. These technologies are used to stimulate the peripheral nervous system and to measure its signals precisely.

We are experts in the development of human bionic devices.

Human Bionics is a discipline dedicated to the creation of devices that can instantaneously interact with the human body to replace or restore biomechanical or physiological functions. To achieve this, the products must contain components capable of measuring the behaviour of targeted bodily functions, interpreting this measurement via artificial intelligence and providing instructions. The Company developed two areas of expertise :

• Neuroelectronics (Neurobionix research unit): sensing and stimulation of neurological activity in the peripheral nervous system.
• Biomechatronics (Biotronix research unit): the replacement or the support of biomechanical functions of limb extremities with bionic mechatronic mechanism.

For the management of R&D we use a matrix structure by unit of expertise and by development program. This structure provides for an above-average ability to deliver technologies within allocated time and budgets.
